Demand Generation Manager


Demand Generation Manager opportunity with a B2B SaaS startup. This is a remote-based role in the UK.

Our client is a high growth software company with staff based across the UK and USA. They are a Microsoft and Facebook partner, and their platform helps to build a better employee experience. They are now looking for someone to help them take our inbound marketing and demand generation activities to the next level.

You will be working directly with members of their marketing and sales teams to develop and execute an overarching strategy that’s consistently fuelling the sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B experience who is looking to accelerate their marketing career at a fast-growing technology startup.

About the role:

  • Fuel the sales pipeline
  • Generate MQLs via growth marketing and demand generation activities
  • Plan, run and present webinars and other similar lead magnets or gated content offers
  • Develop effective lead scoring, nurturing and email marketing campaigns that convert
  • Work and collaborate with the sales team on demand generation and ABM campaigns
  • Utilise marketing automation tools and workflows to improve lead conversion
  • Optimise lead capture and website performance
  • Improve paid media and retargeting approach
  • Work with PPC, SEO and paid media partners
  • Own and develop a B2B enterprise SaaS inbound marketing playbook
  • Partner with CMO on broader GTM initiatives
  • Execute tactical marketing decisions and optimizing activity based on data

About you:

  • At least 4+ years of experience working in a B2B demand generation role
  • Have created successful email nurture campaigns and used paid media/digital targeting to drive growth in qualified leads
  • Understand demand generation, performance marketing and ABM
  • Possess a track record in growing B2B/SaaS sales pipelines
  • Data driven and OKR focused
  • Comfortable creating and presenting webinars
  • Great attention to detail and solid project management skills
  • Hubspot and Google Analytics Certified
  • Technologically savvy, organised and have strong writing and presentation skills
  • Have an interest in the future of work, digital transformation and how technology can improve our working lives
