Account Executive

Account Executive opportunity working for a fast-paced SaaS company in the HRTech sector. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Our client has developed an innovative workforce management solution being applied across a variety of sectors such as hospitality, retail, and healthcare. The product provides a smarter and fairer way to conduct workforce scheduling, helping improve productivity, profitability, and employee satisfaction. They’re now looking for an Account Executive to join their growing commercial team to keep up with demand for the product.

This role would be well suited to someone who has previously sold a complex B2B SaaS solution, and has been part of a young, scaling business previously. 

Main Responsibilities 
  • Discovering and nurturing your own leads in your territory of named accounts, using both online and offline resources
  • Targeting Retail, Hospitality and Healthcare markets to generate new business opportunities
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to demos, pricing, negotiating, and closing
  • Build a strong pipeline as to deliver against sales targets
  • Track and resolve client issues ensuring client satisfaction
  • Use the Salesforce CRM to track and maintain pipeline
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth overall sales process
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding new business targets
  • Several years’ experience in full B2B sales cycles within a scaling business
  • Skilled at qualifying and prioritizing leads to effectively generate revenue
  • Understanding of the decision-making structure in mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Knowledge of WFM industry is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and selling skills, with ambition and drive to match
  • Understanding of sales metrics and how to use them to achieve future success
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC and/or Miller Hieman is a bonus
