Our client has developed an innovative financial wellbeing platform, partnering with employers to develop financial wellbeing strategies and enabling employees to become more financially fit and healthy. They offer a range of useful products via their platform, and are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive to work with their enterprise accounts as the business continues to scale.
This role would be well suited to someone with a proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with experience of either FinTech or HRTech sales previously.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver on sales figures by executing on enterprise level deals
- Leading on sales for a subset of large and/or more strategic organisations
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships as to ensure sale closures
- Construct and present business cases to senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Look for new ways for the business to improve commercial strategy
- Plan and forecast sales opportunities, maintaining strong pipeline and maintaining a bigger picture view on revenue generation
- Several years’ experience of enterprise sales in the B2B tech scale-up space
- FinTech or HRTech experience highly preferable
- Confident public speaker and strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders from various levels
- Track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets
- Comfortable planning and forecasting on both aggregate and individual opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen with good attention to detail and tactical execution
- £100k + circa £30-40k OTE
