Head of Customer Success opportunity with a high-growth SaaS company working with AI and visual automation.

Our client is an exciting newcomer in the SaaS space who has raised significant funding from some of the biggest names in AI investment. They are now looking for a Head of Customer Success to grow the team and ensure they support customers in the best way to make a positive impact on their businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a hyper-growth team, with opportunities to progress to a leadership role and shape the strategy and development of the business.

This role would suit someone with experience of leading a CS function with a SaaS success story, and who is looking for the opportunity to join a business as it scales rapidly.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Manage the existing customer success team alongside growing it 
  • Lead continuous improvement across the team
  • Design and execute strategy for all customer accounts 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey in order to improve the customer experience most effectively
  • Optimise the customer journey at all touch points
  • Work in a cross-function manner, aligning teams to deliver the best customer experience

About you:

  • Proven experience leading or holding a senior position with a customer success team in a technical SaaS business
  • Start-up/scale-up experience
  • Experiencing growing customer success teams including being involved in their hiring processes
  • Excellent English and communication skills
