They are now looking for a Head of Customer Success to grow the team and ensure they support customers in the best way to make a positive impact on their businesses.

This role would suit someone with experience of leading a CS function with a SaaS success story, and who is looking for the opportunity to join a business as it scales rapidly.
- Manage the existing customer success team alongside growing it
- Lead continuous improvement across the team
- Design and execute strategy for all customer accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey in order to improve the customer experience most effectively
- Optimise the customer journey at all touch points
- Work in a cross-function manner, aligning teams to deliver the best customer experience
- Proven experience leading or holding a senior position with a customer success team in a technical SaaS business
- Start-up/scale-up experience
- Experiencing growing customer success teams including being involved in their hiring processes
- Excellent English and communication skills
- £80-90k base salary
