Account Manager opportunity for an exciting SaaS start-up serving the life sciences and MedTech space with regulatory compliance.

Our client has developed a state-of-the-art AI solution that helps MedTech companies optimize and speed up their compliance processes. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to grow and nuture their customer base. The sales team is currently at 5 heads and looking to move into hyper-growth next year, growing the headcount significantly.

As Account Manager, you´ll close qualified leads and drive customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate must be extremely results driven, customer focused and technologically savvy (experienced in B2B SaaS products).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Run live demos and presentations to potential customers
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers (execute the full sales cycle after lead generation, including retention and expansion)
  • Negotiate and bring to closure global agreements to maximize growth and ARR
  • Acquire and maintain a strong product and use-case knowledge
  • Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience selling B2B SaaS products
  • Experience in MedTech is highly desirable (experience in regulatory or quality management systems is a big plus)
  • Skilled at negotiating contracts with senior management, C-level Managers, and procurement
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Experience in selling emerging and disruptive technology
  • Based in Portugal, Spain, Germany, UK, or France (although is a full-remote position)
  • Native or Professional English level
On offer:
€55k base plus €15k OTE
