  • International business experience, including assembling teams across 12 offices in 9 countries worldwide.
  • Championed a credit-driven sales process and global team, which grew the book 28 times in less than 3 years.
  • Significant experience of managing all aspects of a business, including finance, HR, legal, credit, compliance, supplier management, IT, facilities, and all aspects of administration. 
  • Engages collaboratively with boards and SLT and has led on strategy, direction, and overall vision. 
  • Leadership, management and motivation of a multi-functional team of 50+ staff, distributed worldwide.
