  • Nurturing a book of Enterprise level clients through the ‘onboarding’ and ‘adoption’ phases. Executing on strategic customer implementation plans that are closely aligned with the customers goals, ensuring our customers become advocates for First AML
  • Exceeded team KPIs for Q4 FY22 and Q1 FY23 by reducing time to ‘go live’ by 10%
  • Introduced new team training structures that saw new starter onboarding decrease by 30% 
  • Achieved post onboarding CSAT of 95% across all customer onboardings for Q1 FY23
  • Working proactively to track usage metrics to identify risk of churn or potential loss of NRR early and working with the client to ensure concerns are addressed swiftly
  • Supporting Sales with Enterprise clients during the acquisition phase to ensure smooth transition through the customer journey and providing technical knowledge and support on our product and processes
