• 17 years experience as a QA tester, lead, and manager, hands-on manual tester who is also proficient in developing QA plans and strategies for both Manual and Automation testing.
• with years of experience, I draw on my experiences to implement change and delevlpoment of processes to make delivery smoother and faster.
• Collaborative working: ensuring I am working with all members of the Delivery team and business to ensure Quality is always at the forefront of our development and delivery processes.
