Go-To-Market Co-Lead opportunity with a high-growth SaaS business newly launching in the UK. This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days a week in London.
Our client has developed a revolutionary market research platform to allow businesses and marketers to see in real-time the impact of their efforts in building their brands. Due to finding market fit early and there being a genuine demand for our client’s highly affordable product, they have experienced hyper-growth in a short period of time and are already generating several million dollars in ARR.
They are now launching in the UK and looking for a Co-Lead to work alongside another newly hired GTM Lead.
This role will suit someone in customer success or partnerships/brand management, who is excited to join a fast-growing business and who has been on a similar journey before. You will have a background in partnering with or selling to consumer brands (FMCG, retail, food, fashion, etc.), and working in the MarTech space, having helped launch something early-stage previously.

About the role:
- Work alongside a commercial (sales/growth) Co-Lead in helping devise and implement the UK GTM strategy and validate product-market fit for the UK
- Build a community of brand leaders and be the face of the business for the UK market along with your GTM Co-Lead
- Be hands-on in all aspects (this is not a purely strategic role)
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to help position the business to scale in the UK
- Work closely with the co-founder of the business
- Help grow, develop and manage a team on a day-to-day basis to ensure success in the marketplace
- Help shape the company culture
- Track record in Partnerships or Customer Success roles
- Background working in the brand marketing space
- Previous experience in a high-growth tech business or SaaS is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset with success in capturing early wins quickly
- Enjoy being hands-on and excited by the prospect of launching a new business
- Fast learner who works well collaboratively with different teams
- Have helped hire and build high-performing teams previously
- Excel in relationship building; be that selling, managing partners, or customer engagement
- Experienced in the use of CRMs, CMS, social and lead gen systems
- Base salary of £80k - £100K + equity + bonus
