Simon Benson

Simon specialises in executive search, with 20 years in recruitment including a stint as a top-billing consultant at two Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 companies. He founded Wilson Grey in 2015 to bring that same rigour to early-stage and high-growth startups, and has since led searches across SaaS, FinTech and HealthTech in both the UK and US. Before moving into recruitment, he worked as an editor for PwC and Deloitte in the Czech Republic. Outside the business, his time goes to his family and French Bulldog, plus an ever-growing vinyl collection.

Catherine is a Non-executive Director and brings more than 20 years of international HR leadership experience to Wilson Grey. She has helped leadership teams from tech startups to global organisations scale and deliver on their growth potential through organisational development, hiring, talent development and M&A. Having sat on the other side of the hiring table, she understands exactly what's at stake in a senior search. Away from work, Catherine finds balance with her very active son, art and travel - and a designer shoe collection she'd rather not quantify.
