For non-executive permanent roles, we recruit on exclusive or retained terms and charge a flat fee based on the first-year base salary. Every hire includes a replacement guarantee if things don’t work out. Executive search is retained and staged. Contractors and fractional hires are invoiced on a day-rate basis.
This service is designed to save you money on a full-time, in-house talent manager or escalating agency fees. One of our consultants works exclusively for your business on a part-time basis. It’s a 4-week minimum, rolling engagement thereafter, covering 3–4 roles per month (excluding executive positions).
