Growth Marketing Manager opportunity working for an innovative B2B SaaS company. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in Shoreditch.  

Our client’s award-winning EdTech platform utilises virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) to provide people with a safe space to learn skills that they usually wouldn’t be able to practice. The platform is proving extremely popular and consequently, the business is scaling quickly and has already expanded into the US. 

As Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for running experimentation processes, with a particular focus on partnerships and various programs our client offers. These are areas where the full growth potential has yet to be realised. They already have traditional marketing in place, so this role needs someone with a different approach.

You will sit between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and lead experimentation processes with an agile approach. You recognise what does and doesn’t work fast and can build on success, ultimately putting together playbooks to ensure continued, repeatable success. 

The ideal candidate is someone with startup experience who possesses a commercial and creative mindset. You will be obsessed with new tools, trends, and marketing technologies that can give you an edge over larger businesses whilst challenging yourself. 

About the role:
  • Design, implement, and optimize data-driven marketing initiatives to achieve growth objectives in new verticals and territories
  • Propose, develop, and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies (organic and paid) supporting expansion into the US as well as new product lines 
  • Manage tracking and reporting on campaigns and creative performance to uncover growth and optimisation opportunities
  • Support content strategy, overseeing the creation of blogs, social media posts, email/newsletter campaigns, case studies, and more with the help of a Marketing Executive and external partners
  • Identify aspects of the customer journey to optimise through rapid experimentation
  • Oversee CRM campaigns and ensure the seamless design and execution of workflows
  • Build relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to promote the brand
  • Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

About you:
  • 3 years+ experience in a growth marketing and B2B customer acquisition role with proven results at a high-growth tech company
  • Experience with multi-channel growth marketing, including paid, social, SEO and PR
  • A “T-Shaped” and full-funnel marketer with excellent internal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; you take a data-led approach to your work
  • Hubspot experience would be highly beneficial
  • You are passionate about growth hacking, new tools, and the latest marketing technologies, with a keen interest in AI, VR, and XR
  • A self-starter who prefers to lead than follow, and loves to take ownership of their role
  • You are entrepreneurial and ambitious, seeking a role that offers you more freedom and responsibilities usually offered at this stage of your career
  • You are mission-driven and looking to bring positive change in the work that you do
