Head of Product opportunity with an award-winning and well-funded HealthTech startup. This role is based fully remotely in Spain.
Our client is on a mission to revolutionize a vital area of healthcare prevention for individuals through the use of cutting-edge AI technology. Used by healthcare organizations and practitioners, this tool allows early detection and diagnosis in patients, making this a role where you genuinely make a difference to people’s lives.
Reporting to the C-Suite, and leading a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and enhancing the product offerings to ensure further success. Essentially, you will be the face of the product, leading from the front and representing the product and business to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious product leader, who is very tech-focused and already in the healthtech or medtech space based in Spain or able to relocate.

About the role:
- Define and refine product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Manage the end-to-end product development process
- Build and leading a high-performing product team
- Work cross-functionally on go-to-market strategies and positioning/messaging
- Ensure a seamless user experience across the product
- Participate in user research and track key product metrics to drive improvements and data-informed decision-making
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Several years’ experience in HealthTech product management
- A hands-on team leader who is driven to get the best out of their team and has line-management experience
- Worked at a strategic level with C-level stakeholders such as CTO, CEO, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Either currently or previously have worked for a startup
- Strong understanding of the health tech landscape and regulatory requirements (SaMD class 1 & 2)
- Well-versed in Agile methodology
- Excellent communication (English language skills at a professional level are essential) and strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Data-focused when decision-making
- Base salary of €90k
