Marketing Lead
Marketing Lead opportunity working for an exciting HealthTech scale-up, whose innovative SaaS product allows people greater access to medical care. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in London.
This fast-growing HealthTech has improved access to top-quality healthcare for patients remotely, allowing greater convenience to a wide variety of services across physical and mental health. They’re now looking for a Marketing Lead, responsible for leading and contributing to marketing projects that will drive company growth and revenue.
This role would be well suited to someone who has held a senior marketing position at a SaaS scale-up previously, and who has both B2B and B2C marketing experience
Main Responsibilities
- Development and management of both B2B and B2C marketing programmes, implementation and results in the UK and Ireland
- Execute quarterly plans for UK&I marketing activity, turning marketing priorities and business objectives into effective lead gen activity
- Market through a variety of mediums such as PPC, SEO, programmatic, LI, email campaigns, webinars, content marketing, participating in industry conferences, and running your own events
- Contribute to the attraction of prospective clients that convert to qualified leads and revenue opportunities
- Drive brand awareness through effective acquisition and nurturing tactics
- Work cross-functionally with the rest of the commercial team to best increase business growth
- Optimise marketing touchpoints and improve best practices
Skills & Experience
- Experience of B2B and B2C marketing (strength in one, keen interest in the other) at a SaaS scale-up
- HealthTech experience is highly desirable
- Highly skilled in inbound marketing and sales enablement, deploying content and digital marketing tactics to attract and convert leads
- Leadership experience needed, able to coach and develop direct reports
- Experienced stakeholder manager, able to balance competing needs and keep parties informed and happy
- Highly IT literate, with experience using marketing tech such as automation platforms and CRM systems previously
