Contractors are hands-on specialists hired short-term to deliver a project or cover a skills gap (usually on a day-rate). Interims are contract leaders who step into a management role to stabilise a function, cover a sudden gap, or drive change. Fractional hires do similar senior work, but part-time (e.g., 1–3 days per week) on an ongoing basis, giving you senior capability without the cost of a full-time headcount. We recruit across all three - the right option depends on whether you need delivery, leadership cover, or ongoing strategic input.

For contract roles, we can provide a shortlist of available candidates within 24 hours, including availability and day rates. For fractional hires, depending on the area of expertise, you can expect a shortlist within 48 hours.
We work on a day-rate basis, and we’ll advise on the right market rate based on the skillset, seniority, and contract setup. We invoice weekly based on approved timesheets, and our fee is built into the rate agreed upfront, so no surprise add-ons.
Most assignments are 3 months+, but we can support shorter projects case-by-case. If you want to extend (or need a fast backfill), we can move quickly and keep the assignment running smoothly with ongoing check-ins.
