Senior Hires is designed for senior IC and functional leadership hires where you want speed, structure and predictable pricing. Executive Search is best for board-level or C-suite leadership appointments that require a deeper retained search process.

For senior permanent hires, you can expect to receive initial CVs within 24 to 48 hours after briefing. We then gather your feedback to fine-tune the search and keep the momentum going through interviews to offer stage.

Yes. We proactively headhunt startup-proven talent rather than relying on inbound applicants, so you reach candidates who build, ship and sell in high-growth environments.

Yes. We can run parallel searches across functions (GTM, Engineering, Product, etc.) through one coordinated process, with phased start dates to keep delivery moving.

For non-Executive roles, we recruit on exclusive or retained terms and charge a flat fee based on the first-year base salary. Every hire includes a replacement guarantee if things don't work out. Contractors and fractional hires are invoiced on a day rate basis.
