Yes. As our entire client base comprises tech startups and scale-ups, we only represent candidates with recent, first-hand experience building, leading and scaling early-stage and growth tech businesses.

Yes. We want to find you a 10/10 candidate, so once we've agreed on the person spec and experience, we actively search for them. We'll agree up front on any competitors to target or avoid, and perform searches discreetly so your reputation is always protected.

For permanent hires, you can expect to receive a shortlist of candidates within 5 to 10 working days of briefing. For contract or fractional hires, we can provide a shortlist of available candidates within 24 hours, including availability and day rates.

For one-off, permaent executive positions, our fees are split into 3 stages: - Engagement Fee: payable on signing terms. - Research Fee: payable on receiving a candidate shortlist. - Appointment Fee: payable once a candidate has accepted and started.

Yes. We also help SaaS and FinTech clients hire C-suite leaders in the US. Our focus to date has been on New York, Austin, and the San Francisco Bay Area. If you are recruiting in another geography, get in touch and we'll be pleased to discuss.

Our processes have been designed specifically for startups and scale-ups, and the talent we represent works in this space. By only submitting prescreened candidates who are at least an "8/10", we've achieved an 89% fill rate and average time-to-fill of 30 days. We often fill roles more quickly, depending on a client's diary.
