Customer Project Manager opportunity with an exciting SaaS startup business. This is a fully remote role based in the UK.

Our client has developed an exciting product with impressive customers already using it and they now need a Customer Success Project Manager with a track record of delivering outstanding client experiences. They already have a defined method of onboarding new businesses but there are a lot of steps involved between signing contracts and new customers using our client's product, and this needs to be coordinated to ensure it runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a start-up mentality who loves solving problems on a daily basis, is pragmatic, and who doesn’t obsess over the various PM methodologies but would rather go with it and get the job done. If this sounds like you, please get in touch! 

About the role:
  • Coordinate and project manage the onboarding of new customers (B2B)
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure everyone internally in the business is speaking to the right people client-side
  • Take ownership of projects and track the progress of customers being onboarded
  • Driving projects (not just coordinating them) through all phases, from inception to completion
  • Converting client briefs into roadmaps, timelines, and achievable tasks
  • Working with cross-functional teams across the company and collaborating daily with teammates to brief on what’s needed
  • Working with senior management to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Communicating with clients daily to understand requirements, communicate project process, and deliver outputs
  • Identifying and proactively engaging with problems to generate, evaluate and propose possible solutions
  • Ensuring that project documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurate across all projects
  • Analysing data and making informed recommendations for internal and client reports
  • Reviewing what our client is building for their customers to ensure they are to spec and high quality
About you:
  • An experienced, practical Customer Success or Onboarding professional with project management skills who has worked in a scaling tech start-up previously
  • Experience in delivering web or app-based projects in the private sector
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A real interest in technology and recent advancements
  • Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things
  • A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness
  • Experience communicating directly with customers
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting requirement specifications
  • Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable
