For permanent hires, you can expect to receive initial CVs within 24 to 48 hours after registering a vacancy with us. We then gather your feedback to fine-tune our search if necessary, with a vetted shortlist typically within 5 working days. For contract roles, we can provide a shortlist of available candidates within 24 hours, including availability and day rates.

Yes. We have experience helping startups post-fundraise recruit teams (often go-to-market) within one calendar quarter.

We offer end-to-end support - from helping you draft job descriptions and design interview processes to advising you on current compensation packages - ensuring you never miss out on top talent.

For non-executive permanent roles, we recruit on exclusive or retained terms and charge a flat fee based on the first-year base salary. Every hire includes a replacement guarantee if things don’t work out. Executive search is retained and staged. Contractors and fractional hires are invoiced on a day-rate basis.

This service is designed to save you money on a full-time, in-house talent manager or escalating agency fees. One of our consultants works exclusively for your business on a part-time basis. It’s a 4-week minimum, rolling engagement thereafter, covering 3–4 roles per month (excluding executive positions).
