We are looking for Recruitment Consultants with various levels of experience to work with US businesses on mid to senior-level roles. This means working as a true consultant; advising clients, and representing candidates who are serious about their career moves.
We support early-stage and high-growth tech businesses to make key leadership hires, grow their teams, and put contractors in roles quickly.

You will predominantly be focused on businesses on the East Coast of America (EST), meaning a 5-hour time difference, which will be covered by flexible working hours.

What support will I receive?
You get to work closely with and learn from the founder of the business, who has run top-billing contract desks in two Virgin Fasttrack businesses before building an executive search desk at Wilson Grey. So if it’s career development and support in increasing billings you’re looking for, read on.
We have solid processes and sales strategies in place to give you the best framework in which to succeed. We've also developed innovative in-house tools that give us an edge over the older, larger agencies with legacy issues, and invest in our technology to ensure we keep ahead of the crowd, including AI and automation.
You’ll have an on-the-job, induction program when you join in addition to continued daily coaching and training sessions. There will also be opportunities for US travel for networking events.
What experience and attributes do I need to be successful?
- Recent recruitment agency experience in business development or a 360 role
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, always looking to improve and keen to contribute new ideas
- You’re excited to learn about new industries and are always pursuing self-development
- Inquisitive nature – always asking questions to understand how to best help clients and candidates
- Confident personality with an outgoing and positive attitude, able to build relationships quickly
- Excellent communication skills and someone who loves speaking to different people every day on the phone, video, or in person
- Experience in, or passion for, the startup space
- Embody our values of transparency, determination, and drive
- Excellent attention to detail and written skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite
Am I expected to work 24/7, meet a threshold before I get any commission, and have a totally unachievable OTE?
Absolutely not. In return for your commitment and hard work, we offer the following:
- £25k - £35k base salary dependent on experience
- Commission scheme up to 30% of billings (realistic first year OTE £60k+)
- Quarterly targets for base salary increases (x4 times a year)
