Idoven is one of Europe’s premier HealthTech startups.

The company was formed in 2018 and employs an AI-powered platform and has been awarded numerous distinctions for its AI technology in Europe and the US.

Idoven is backed by top tier investors including Insight Partners, Northzone and Telefónica.

We were contacted by their in-house talent team to help find their new Head of Product.

This was a critical role for the business which needed someone with a niche skill set. For starters, the right candidate needed to have worked with specific regulatory requirements and also be able to commute to Madrid when needed.

We were able to discuss our needs properly with Simon and find a finalist who met our expectations. It required some effort as the profile was unique but we achieved it!

Taking a targeted approach and not accepting anything less than “8/10 candidates” we were successful in building a shortlist of qualified individuals in a relatively short timeframe.

We ultimately filled the role with a candidate who met Idoven’s niche requirements.
