Lune is a ClimateTech startup tackling carbon emissions calculations and carbon removal. The company provides API and software tools that allow businesses to integrate climate impact into their customer experience.

The seed-funded business was founded in 2021 and began working with Wilson Grey in 2024.

They contacted as they wanted to add an experienced Account Executive to their team.

As with all of our early-stage clients, getting this hire right was critical. Commercial hires have a direct impact on the bottom line and when you’re a startup, you can’t afford to make mistakes.

Simon listened carefully to my requirements for the role and advised where he could on the approach with candidates.

Following our briefing, we conducted a targeted search for candidates who would be a great fit for Lune in terms of sector experience, billings, and target ICPs.

We were in regular contact throughout the process with the hiring manager and provided recruitment advise when required.

Following a shortlist of 6 candidates, 5 of whom were taken forward to interview stage, we successfully placed the winning candidate.
