We operate a retained search model. An engagement fee initiates the search, with the remaining balance structured around key milestones. This model ensures a focused search, full market coverage and dedicated delivery from start to finish, allowing us to commit the time required to identify and engage the strongest candidates in the market.

For most senior hires, the engagement fee secures the search and the balance is payable when your candidate starts.

For executive searches, fees are typically structured in three instalments aligned to the search process.

Fees are confirmed following the role briefing call based on seniority, compensation and search complexity.

Where multiple roles form part of an agreed hiring plan, fees are structured accordingly.

Search is end-to-end recruitment: we run the market mapping and headhunt, deliver a curated shortlist, and manage the process through to offer and acceptance.

Search: shortlist typically in 10 days (timelines then depend on interview availability and notice periods). Executive Search: depends on role complexity and market, but runs as a full retained search through to acceptance. Partner: ongoing delivery across a quarter (3–6 month minimum term). Foundations: 10 business days to deliver the hiring system.
