Commercial role with a tech start-up/scale-up. Working in a partnerships capacity with a payments company.
- Attending and participating in management meetings.
- Developing and managing action plans to reach overall goals.
- Recruitment and Training / Development at all levels.
- Managing expenses and purchasing new equipment.
- Setting Targets both from a regional and per location – Ensuring all targets are met / exceeded
- Ensuring high standards in all business functions
- Reviewing the P&L of the club and implementing plans to reduce cost
- Attended local events and maximising on networking
- Digital Marketing – Brand awareness and set up new innovative ideas and execute them
- Sales training – Participating in sales to motivate the teams as well as train them when needed
- Working closely with local businesses to promote wellness days and contra-deals
