Instrumental in scale up stages which resulted in 30% YoY recurring revenue growth in 2020/21, being the biggest growth year yet.Set up a new dedicated Customer Success Department from the ground up, with the required processes and methodology such as segmentation, QBRs, market research/user groups, feedback calls/surveys, educational content creation and upselling. This resulted in 0% MRR and client churn for 4 consecutive months.Introduced an employee benefit scheme, pay reviews, employee of the month and year, bonus initiatives, internal training programmes and engagement surveys to increase retention and talent attraction. This was fundamental in the recruitment of a further 27 team members and reducing employee turnover by 12%.
