VP of Sales
£120k+ base (OTE+)
Looking for an early stage business (late seed/Series A), great team, with product-market-fit, looking to build out a repeatable sales function, grow to new markets and scale.
- Experience in sales (UK/USA/EU), prospecting, closing & quota bearing ($ millions). Building out repeatable sales playbooks, sales teams & go-to-market strategies for growing existing business & targeting new markets (for both enterprise logos and SMBs) with PnL responsibility.
- Founded, grew & exited my own business (pre-seed through to exit), international offices and 10+ employees.
- Experienced leader with C-suite & leadership experience across multiple industries
- 400+ employees, Series B to Series C, Commercial leadership experience reporting into board level/C suite
- Solid understanding of business, sales & fundraising with experience founding businesses as well as theory through education, MBA, accountancy & industry qualifications.
