Senior Enterprise Account Executiveopportunity with a FinTech startup. This is a hybrid role in Austin, Texas but for the right candidate, remote working from the East Coast of the US will be considered.

Our client is an innovative FinTech business developing bespoke enterprise-grade software products and platforms powered by AI. They work with large organisations to design, develop and deploy intelligent tools that transform operations and unlock new possibilities.
The ideal candidate is already a high-achieving Enterprise Account Executive with either experience of selling to private markets or selling data integration solutions, such as CRMs, that transform the way businesses work.
About the role:
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and close
- Own relationships with senior stakeholders (Deal teams, technical Teams, and C-Suite) across mid-to-large enterprise accounts
- Work closely with the sales team to scope client needs and propose tailored AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and messaging
- Help build scalable sales processes and playbooks, using data and insights to iterate and improve
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and through outbound outreach
About you:
- Several years’ experience selling to private equity firms, boutique mid-market banks, or selling complex B2B SaaS or consulting-led technology solutions
- Comfortable with consultative, value-based selling and navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- A proactive and collaborative mindset – you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working cross-functionally
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value

- Base salary of up to $150k with x2 OTE plus commission accelerators (uncapped)
