About the role

  • Build pipeline from scratch through outbound activity
  • Identify and prioritise target organisations
  • Run structured outreach across phone, email, and social
  • Engage senior stakeholders and open commercial conversations
  • Qualify opportunities before handing to senior sales
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging
  • Support early-stage deal progression where needed

  • Current experience in an outbound sales role with technology
  • Confident initiating conversations with senior stakeholders
  • High energy and resilient under activity targets
  • Curious and quick to learn new industries
  • Motivated by progression and performance
  • Clear, direct communicator
  • Comfortable with ambiguity but structured in execution
  • Able to think on your feet, not overly scripted
  • Takes ownership and initiative
  • Startup experience not desirable but not essential
