Tom started his career with a startup straight out of school and has never looked back. His experience covers web design & build as well as commercial functions and marketing. He has been working to drive growth and innovation online for multiple startups for the last 10 years. He entered the world of recruitment in 2018 as a consultant before joining Wilson Grey in 2019.

Tom has a fascination with history and a love for the outdoors. He works with charitable organisations to further their impact online and loves spending time studying new design trends.
