Chief Revenue Officer opportunity with a fast-growing FinTech startup in London. This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week in the office.

Our client is a high-growth B2B fintech scale-up already generating impressive revenue and is carving out a unique position in a highly lucrative market. The business is headquartered in London and is scaling fast, with plans to double headcount over the coming year.

Their mission is to modernise how legacy industries transact, using technology to unlock speed, transparency, and efficiency.

Backed by experienced investors, they’re now approaching a pivotal point; evolving their go-to-market function to drive repeatable, scalable growth.

This role will suit a high-performing commercial leader, most likely in a No.2 role and ready to step up to CRO or with recent CRO experience. You’ll be joining just before true product-market fit and will shape how sales and customer success scale to hit ambitious growth targets. This is a chance to take full ownership of a fast-growing commercial function and mentor an existing team.

This is a job you’ll have done before, but now you’re ready to lead the charge.

About the role:

  • Own and scale the commercial function, spanning sales and customer success
  • Manage and mentor experienced divisional directors
  • Build a high-performance GTM engine and revenue playbook
  • Drive revenue past $25m+ in a complex B2B market
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO
  • Shape culture and performance standards across the commercial team

About you:

  • Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS, scaling post-Series A
  • Have played a key role in growing revenue from $30m to $50m or beyond
  • Strong background in people leadership, including managing managers
  • Ready to step up from a VP or similar role into full CRO ownership
  • Track record of building scalable GTM strategies in complex markets
