Growth Marketing Lead opportunity with a fast-growing B2B FinTech business. This is a hybrid role with 4 days spent in the Central London offices.

What's the opportunity?

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketer looking to lead growth marketing in a startup. Our client is a B2B FinTech business offering data-led services to enterprise clients across complex industries.

If you're looking for responsibility and to take charge of demand generation efforts,  leading the function from strategy through to execution, this is the role for you.

You will have a budget and resources at your disposal and complete autonomy to design and execute campaigns.

As well as being hands-on in execution, you will manage a Content Marketer and an external group of agency partners. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth through multi-channel campaigns, aligning closely with commercial goals, and owning performance across the entire funnel.

This position is best suited to someone who has led demand gen strategy in B2B environments and enjoys working across teams to deliver commercial impact. A strong blend of strategic thinking and operational execution is key.

About the role:

  • Work closely with the C-suite in defining the GTM strategy
  • Define and lead the demand gen strategy to meet revenue targets
  • Align marketing plans with commercial and product teams
  • Manage internal marketers and external agencies across key channels
  • Optimise paid, organic, and outbound performance campaigns
  • Set up clear reporting to track ROI through the sales funnel
  • Own and improve marketing automation and CRM processes
  • Maintain consistency across brand, creative, and messaging
  • Oversee digital experience, including site performance, UX, and SEO
  • Use data to test, learn, and improve campaign performance

About you:

  • Over 5 years' experience in B2B growth or performance marketing
  • Recent experience within FinTech or complex SaaS
  • Experience in an FCA authorised business is highly desirable
  • Strong background in campaign strategy and execution for lead generation with demonstrable results
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven optimisation
  • Experienced in managing budgets, teams and external partners
  • Confident communicator with a commercial outlook
