Enterprise Sales Executive opportunity with a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in the North West of England.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales executive with experience in highly technical enterprise SaaS products to join a business at a stage where they are poised for unprecedented growth. It’s an exciting and varied role, involving all stages of the full end-to-end sales process. It offers great responsibility in helping to define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and earn fantastic commission from selling to existing customers of their on-prem product.

Our client’s business has enjoyed impressive growth to date in the cyber security space and those who have been on the journey so far have been well rewarded with the kind of benefits rarely enjoyed in other startups of a similar size. It is a full-time office-based role, but when they’re providing you with fresh meals every day and a gym with optional fitness classes too, going to work suddenly doesn’t sound so bad after all.

This role would best suit a Sales Executive with previous experience selling complex, technical SaaS products who wants more responsibility, craves an agile, collaborative way of working, and is looking to be rewarded well for their efforts.

What’s involved:

  • Full sales cycle from prospecting and demos through to negotiating and closing
  • Knowing the product inside and out – you need to be someone who “gets” tech and can sell it
  • Adept at consultative selling methods and defining ICP’s
  • Communicating complex product information into compelling messaging for customers
  • Managing your own pipeline in the CRM
  • Agile planning methodologies with cross-functional teamwork
  • Have input into sales process strategies 
  • Utilising data to inform decision-making

About you:

  • Several years experience in B2B SaaS sales 
  • Have been involved in defining GTM strategies and methodologies
  • Currently or have previously worked in a tech startup or scale-up
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with a clear passion for sales 
  • Very much a team player, not a lone wolf – you seek out opportunities to work collaboratively and understand you achieve more as a team
  • Looking to steer your own personal and professional development in a business that encourages and supports you
  • Ability to work quickly, iterate, and always make decisions informed by data
  • Energetic with great interpersonal skills – just like all great salespeople!
